Currently, Jerry McGaughy is the Private Equity Trainer with the Atlanta-based Ritz Group’s Equity U. where he provides advance course instruction to entrepreneurs on running a private shareholder company. In the past, he was the Executive Director for Atlanta Business LINC Coalition and Business LINC Community Loan Fund, an initiative of The Clinton Administration and Business Roundtable in Washington, DC. During that time, he created a $50 million community loan fund for businesses located within underserved communities. Jerry also designed and developed numerous business programs, such as the Community Capital Center and The Financial Roundtable Forum, which was recognized as a national model for the development of the Urban Entrepreneur Partnership. Jerry attended Howard University in Washington, DC, where he received his B.A. in Finance and Economics.
